General Terms and Conditions for the Contest "TWO JETOUR CARS"

Organizer
This contest ("TWO JETOUR CARS") is brought to you by Insurance House (referred to as "Bima") and is subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

Eligibility to Participate
A. To enter the draw, participants must purchase or renew an insurance policy from the Organizer during the specified campaign period.
B. Each insurance purchase or renewal qualifies for one entry into the draw, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.

Contest Period
The Contest ends on 01/01/2025. The Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest Period as deemed appropriate, and any changes will be announced through the Organizer's official communication channels.

Prizes
a. The prizes consist of two Jetour cars (specifications as per the models available with the Organizer).
b. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
c. The Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs or fees that may arise from the acceptance or registration of the prize, including but not limited to: insurance fees, license plates, government fees, or any expenses related to operation and maintenance.

Winner Selection and Announcement
a. The draw will be conducted [1/1/2025] in the presence of a neutral supervisory committee, or according to the mechanism approved by the Organizer in compliance with applicable laws.
b. Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants.
c. Winners will be contacted using the information registered with them, and they must respond within 30 days from the notification date. If there is no response or if the winner cannot be reached, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner using the same mechanism.

Participation Eligibility and Exclusion
a. Employees of the Organizer, directors, and any affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
b. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or is found to be involved in any fraudulent or dishonest practices.

Legal Liability
a. The Organizer does not accept responsibility for any material or non-material damages or losses that participants may incur from participating in this Contest or as a result of receiving the prizes.
b. The decisions of the Organizer in all matters relating to this Contest are final and binding on all participants, including but not limited to eligibility determinations and winner selections.

General Provisions
a. The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or suspend or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice, subject to announcement through the Organizer's official channels.
b. By participating in this Contest, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Sultanate Of Oman. In the event of any dispute arising from this Contest, the courts having jurisdiction in Sultanate Of Oman shall have exclusive authority to resolve such disputes.
